Here is the theme pictured below with some sweet C code I wrote telling everyone my name (which is hardcoded) in my banging console application. Another interesting feature of this theme is the … where the header files are, preferring to not distract you with such simplicities.

The Rider Dark theme has pleasant blues, greens, and purples on a dark background. This theme pack earns a very respectable 4.7 out of 5 points. It also contains Rider Light, Rider Melon Dark, Rider Melon Light, ReSharper Dark, ReSharper Light, Visual Assist Dark, Visual Assist Light, Visual Studio Dark, and Visual Studio Light. The Rider UI Theme Pack contains some great themes and one of those great themes is Rider Dark. Just check out how beautiful it makes my C code below! It’s got similar hues and vibrance with some slight differences. The Lotus Dark Theme, earning a 4.8 out of 5, is a dark, dark theme that is just plain awesome! It reminds me a little of Monokai, so fans of that theme will like this one as well. Here is the theme pictured with my beautiful C code: Lotus Dark Theme If you’re the latter and like the look and feel of the Atom text editor (RIP) try out the Gerry Legacy Dark theme. Some may like the bold flavor of pointing out your mistakes for all to see whereas others might like a more refined expression of spelling errors. While the Atom One Theme likes to point out your spelling flaws with a nice BOX for all to see the Gerry Legacy theme subtly underlines the spelling error with a light squiggle. The Gerry Legacy Dark theme has some nice similarities to the Atom One theme above but is a bit more subtle and in some ways a bit more refined.

In sticking with themes originating from other editors the Visual Studio Code Dark Plus theme provides a nice home for people switching from VS Code to Jetbrains IDEs. It’s great – just check out the C code below along with the box around my name (it think’s Unkert is mispelled …). There is a reason this theme gets a score of 4.8 out of 5. See below:Īnd, not to stick with just C code here is a picture of the theme with Python code: Atom One Themeįor those who like that your spelling errors are quickly picked up by the IDE, along with great syntax highlighting for your code the Atom One Theme might be for you. It’s very pleasant on the eyes and has great syntax highlighting for C code. The Dracula theme is another theme with a dark purple background with light pink / purples and vibrant greens and yellow hues. There are yellows that both enhance the string values as well as imports of header files (see below). If you’re into more of a dark green theme then you have to try out Gradient Nature Green! It has a nice, dark green background with light cyan and purple sparkling on the beautiful C code that I wrote. I know, I know I outdid myself! Gradiento Nature Green It’s heaven on the eyes and that’s clear with the beautiful C program I wrote below that prints out my name. The XCode Dark theme features vibrant light pink / purple hues with a taint of orange for strings and some light green splashed in, all on a dark blue / black background.
